Assignment 8: Optimization

	For this assignment I was confused as to how I might go about compressing my file.  I had no bitmap or jpeg graphics to optimize,  as well as sound and video. I used vector images created in flash for every aspect of my animation.  If I had used rastor images I would have decreased their resolution to something like 72 dpi. As for sound I might have decreased the sampling rate or even resampled in mono rather than stereo.
	But for this project I simply chose to go to the file menu and selected "save and compact". This had a big effct on my fla file but really made no difference on my swf file. In fact the swf file was only .1k smaller than the original. On the other hand my fla file was almost 133k smaller than its original.
